General

• Add some additional defensive code related to the recent Memory Inferno

Forge of Empires

• Tweak some Armada science costs to make the Acutian (and other) techs scale properly
• Actually give more armada ships real mark level scaling so I can try to balance them more reasonably
• Nerf Armada and Dyson Empire science income scaling with mark levels
• Some performance improvements to the DZ Sidekick/Empire
