5.828 UI And Command Polish

Various pieces of polish to the UI and the feedback for issuing commands. All of this is thanks to Badger.

5.828 Changelog

General

• Opening the encyclopedia with only one unit type selected automatically opens up that unit type's encyclopedia entry
• Issuing a move or attack command now has a visual response. You get blue VFX for a move command, and Red for an attack command. Only fires when issuing commands in the planet view
• Some minor additional UI polish. Add a bit of colour on parts of the Fleet sidebar to make the sections stand out more visually. On/Off settings now turn the button green when set to On. Add some colour to a number of Save buttons (for example, in the Settings menu) to make them stand out visually

Forge of Empires

• Ark sidekick flagships should be able to swap ship lines now
