Mod tools tweaks

Hey,

Just a small update with some fixes for mod tools:

• Fixed crash happening on TmxTool (hopefully)

• Made TmxTool more user friendly

• Adapted ModsDoc accordingly

Will be back very soon with some meatier news!

Cheers, Matt, EE & MT
