1.4.29 Update notes

Some small changes for 1.4.29:

• Several optimization improvements to reduce memory allocations

• Several content additions for the yearly Winter event (will not actually trigger until December 1st)

• Fixed issue where Xanaboo is still appearing in daily summary despite being unobtainable
