• Fix a issue where the effect of the anti-radiation potion is too weak.

• Fix a issue where some commands for changing states in the circular interface become ineffective when the "E" key is long-pressed on the Glowing Bird.

• Fix a issue where the Glowing Bird cannot be ridden.

• Fix a issue where the effects of the Glowing Bird in the radiation energy state are not displayed in dedicated server.
