PixARK 1.230 Update Announcement

PixARK: Terracrypt will undergo server‑side maintenance on September 1st. The maintenance is expected to last 45 minutes.

Since the launch of Terracrypt, several issues have impacted your gameplay experience, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our team is working around‑the‑clock to resolve these problems. Frequent hotfix updates will be released in the near future to deliver a more polished gaming experience for all players.

【Bug Fixes】

PixARK / Skypiea

• Fixed an issue where the Weapon Modification Bench could not modify weapons.

• Fixed an issue where the Treasure Dodo could not be released from blocks.

• Fixed an issue where admin‑only UI buttons incorrectly appeared on the Escape menu in PixARK Mainland and Skypiea. Buttons for save‑file backup have also been added.

• Fixed an issue where the Rockdrake Saddle engram was incorrectly shown as unlockable, even though the creature had not been spawned in PixARK Mainland.

• Fixed an issue where the Quetzal Saddle engram failed to display in PixARK Mainland.

• Fixed a bug that caused the Poison Wyvern’s model to turn red.

Terracrypt

• Fixed a potential server crash when placing lighting structures.

• Fixed a potential server crash caused by the death of a creature you quick‑mounted.

• Fixed abnormal creature movement and broken combat behaviour (such as refusing to attack players) on slippery ice blocks in the mirrored frozen ruins area near the Fenrir Ice Wolf boss.

• Fixed an issue where Fenrir the Ice Wolf would stop attacking players after moving too far away from its spawn location.

• Fixed incorrect displayed radius for Omnidirectional Lamp light range, adjusted from 7×7 m to 15×15 m.

• Fixed incorrect displayed radius for Standing Torch light range, adjusted from 14.5×14.5 m to 15×15 m.

• Fixed wrong item description for Basic / Advanced Hand‑Held Rotary Machine Gun: revised text to clarify that it uses standard Assault Rifle ammunition.

• Fixed audio mixing conflicts between boss‑fight music and ruin background music when combat is triggered inside boss ruins.

• Fixed an issue where related engrams would sometimes not unlock after defeating a boss.

• Fixed incorrect taming information shown in the scan data for U‑Variant Ichthyosaurus.

• Fixed text overflow in the light‑exposure growth status indicator for planted crops.

• Fixed missing Chinese localization for skill tooltips of U‑Variant Hellhound and U‑Variant Hellhound (Frost‑Frozen Tundra).

• Fixed untranslated Chinese text for lighting coverage range on the Lighting‑Disc structure UI.

• Fixed missing Chinese localization for the Glow‑Mushroom Seed item description.

【Game Optimizations】

Terracrypt

• The Giant Scarab can now produce Amber without enabling wandering mode. Its jump animation has been improved, and a new sugar‑content material has been added to its back; the visual effect becomes more noticeable at higher sugar values.

• Overheat burst‑fire capacity of Basic / Advanced Hand‑Held Rotary Machine Gun increased from 60 / 120 shots to 120 / 240 shots.

• Optimized the Forget‑Me‑Not Soup: consuming it will no longer remove engrams unlocked by defeating bosses.

• Optimized Evil‑Eye Fear ability: a 150‑second immunity cooldown is triggered once a player or creature is afflicted by Fear, preventing repeated fear effects during this period.

• Optimized the fire‑breath particle effects for Fire Bats.
