Flashing Lights - Vehicle Customisation Update OUT NOW

Hello all,

We've just launched a vehicle customisation update for Flashing Lights!

You can now swap out push bars/bumpers for a variety of styles, add antennas, swap wheels, customise your spotlight, ALPR, window tint and more. Also included is a variety of fixes to address some common issues.

Previously planned as part of this update was new light stages, which we have now delayed to later this year. We know this update is highly anticipated and we want to get it right, so we need a little extra time to make sure we can properly integrate this with the current systems and mods.

Full Update Notes

New

• Vehicle customization (Wheels, Pushbars, Antennas, Spotlight, ALPR, Windows Tint and more)

• AI backup units will use player-saved vehicle customizations

Fixes

• AI vehicle spawning reverted from last update

• Car audio fixed when driving in 1st person

• AI backup NPC will now avoid pushing their vehicles when getting out

• Pedestrians sometimes had their phones floating in the air while their hands were up

• NPC backup spawning optimizations

• Sometimes sirens didn't save

• Ambulance front fender lights adjusted

• Vic car material and UV adjustments

• Fire timeout changed from 10min to 2h

• Adjusted traffic waypoints on roads in Cod Town, Beach Town, Marina and City

• Pedestrians no longer use phone animation in missions (mugging, hostages etc.)

• Removed a tree spawned on dirt road 47-24

• Taking defibrillator from stretcher could break the leads system

• DOT flatbed missing 3 rear small lights fixed

• Floating coffee tag removed from bank lobby

• Ambulance normal map updated (requested for texture mods)

• Ground fixes at large DOT station

• Ladder truck's climbing tags removed from vehicle menu

• Police car 1-2 (CHA) grill lights adjusted
