It’s hard to believe, but we’ve been working on the House Flipper** universe** for 10 years now! ⏳

What started as a simple idea has truly become the project of a lifetime for our entire team. And while game development is our daily job, our absolute biggest priority has always been you ❤️

That brings us to today's Accessibility Update for** House Flipper 1!**

♾️Dedicated Accessibility Tab & New Features!

We’ve moved accessibility options into a dedicated Accessibility tab and added several community-requested features to make your gameplay smoother and more comfortable:

Automatic Assembly of Items: We know that putting together your very first showers or radiators was incredibly satisfying, but after hundreds of hours of playing, doing it for the 1,000th time can feel like a chore. We hear you, veteran flippers! You can now enable auto-assembly to skip the manual work. This feature instantly builds the item for a fee equal to 20% of its base value. It's a small price to pay to get straight back to the fun part, designing!
Continuous Tool Operation: To help reduce hand strain, you can now toggle tool actions instead of holding down a button. Disabling the hold requirement turns the action into a toggle, click once to start operating continuously, and click again to stop. We've split this into several category settings so you can customize it exactly to your liking:
Hold to Clean: Applies to the mop, pressure washer, vacuum cleaner, and window cleaner.
Hold to Mow Grass: Applies to the lawnmower and mechanic mower.
Hold to Dig: Applies to the shovel.
Hold to Cut Down Trees: Applies to the axe and chainsaw.
Hold to Paint: Applies to the paint roller and paint gun.
Hold to Destroy Walls: Applies to the hammer.
**Don't Show Toilet Rat: **A handy option for phobia relief! This allows you to hide the toilet rat that occasionally popped up to jumpscare you.

You can also now operate squeegees during window cleaning using WASD keys on your keyboard for a much smoother experience!

🖐️** New Hand Representation**

We’ve added 2 brand-new skin tones to choose from, giving you even more ways to personalize your look and make your flipping experience feel truly yours. Just head over to the settings to switch them up!

🕒 Select Your Own Game Time

Many of you have a favorite time of day for flipping. Now you can set the exact time you want! Simply disable the Day & Night cycle in the settings and use the new slider to lock in your perfect lighting.

Whether you love working in bright noon sunlight or snapping screenshots during the golden hour, the choice is yours! 🌅
