Bug fixes

・Fixed a bug where occasionally only one unit could be formed into a counterattacking force with the March command.

・Fixed a bug during multimonitor play in which the boot-up monitor differed from the settings.

・Fixed a bug in which occasionally when the OS system locale (language) was set to anything other than Japanese, the launcher's text would be corrupted.

・Fixed a bug in which officer abilities did not display at Army Info.
