Text-To-Speech for Soundpad

Many people asked for it and as we didn't come to implement it directly into Soundpad, our buddy Nikodem Jaworski, the developer of Meowpad, decided to take matters into his own hands.

We are proud to present his free open source app, with which you can play TTS phrases in Soundpad.
