Added a range of behind-the-scenes improvements to anti-cheat, bot detection, and spam protection systems

The first inventory upgrade now costs just 50 Gems

New and very low-level accounts now have temporary limits on trading, PWE, storage, and item dropping. These restrictions gradually lift as you level up

Items can no longer be dropped in dynamic worlds

Plus lots of smaller fixes, tweaks, and stability improvements
