Hotfix patch - 1.6.0g - I slept well

• Fixed Alcohol Heater not receiving adjacency bonus from Spirits Makers

• Fixed Charcoal pit producing too much coal when placed on a hidden Coal Vein

• Dwarf: Fixed map not generating unless you already unlocked Forest Pines
