Added: -Nametag scaling -!attack

-!mass [action] [random] -Twitch Extension actions! -Twitch Extension nametags! -target users with @username works

-extension can now help with detecting viewers for spawning -attack, dance, fart, hug cooldowns in "Bot Options" -attack, hug, cooldown display icon -moved documentation & open folder to the top -added errorpanel and save&reload to the top

Fixed: -reconnect irc issue -youtubegaming mod !spawn star -nametag border did not always look great -scaling was messing with nametag sizes on connect -memory usage was piling up for every reload
