added: new command system (deeper customization & localization),
changed: removing the ability for background-color to have Alpha (always 0 is less confusion),
fixed: ui issue (UI element from overlapping the connect button on larger window sizes),
fixed: issue causing currency to be disabled,
fixed: bug with gear items (with use palette) being garbage collected, causing wrongly placed gear,
fixed: bug with an extra animation name causing avatar to not load,
fixed: twitch pubsub (bits and sub notification were not working),
fixed: custom bots can now be blacklisted and added to the bot mod list, and will be able to issue management commands, 
fixed: duel healthbars will be removed when the duel ends, regardless if characters exist or not
