Tarantula

• [Spider Mine] movement speed 21 → 24, HP 500 → 750

Developer's Note: Currently, \[Spider Mine] is still relatively weak. This adjustment primarily aims to help Spider Mine approach its targets more easily.

• [Incendiary Bomb] Cost 200 → 250

Developer's Note: Hound's \[Incendiary Bomb] is one of the most popular Techs in the game, and its win rate has also started to become somewhat too high in the past month.

• Updated the visual of Arclight's [Shockwave]

• Updated the visual of Phoenix's attack

• Updated Wasp's animation

• Updated the visual of smoke and sticky oil
