Update #60 - Sweet Tooth Festival compensation

Hi! As you may have noticed, the Sweet Tooth Festival ended approximately a day earlier than expected, because of a bug in the game code that didn't properly manage the year change (happy new year, by the way!).

In order to compensate for this, this update will automatically unlock the next tier that you didn't achieve in the event (as long as you completed at least one tier).

Bugfixes:

• Fixed year change causing event dates to be incorrectly calculated.
