11.0 Morado Castle

New Features: Morado Castle can now be entered. Added 150 new weapons and armor to random loot pools. Store prices are now affected by charisma. 0 charisma = 10% Selling Price and 100% Purchasing Price. 100 Charisma = 50% Selling Price and 50% Purchasing Price.

Balancing: Tool costs received an additional 25% increase at levels 5, 10, and 20. Increased Craftsman talent from 75% to 90%. Psychic debuffs now also scan the target. Brain Mold now secretly scans the target. Reduced spirit of all Fate enemies and all Prophet enemies by 5-10%.

Misc: Slightly reduced volume to menu sounds. Fixed Dragon Priest from showing up in store level 1.
