beta branch patch notes (1.1.21038)

Couple of final bugfixes for the 1.1 patch. This build will be pushed to the main branch in a couple hours assuming nothing went catastrophically wrong with it.

• fixed area names not showing on save files

• fixed bunga bone showing 0 uses instead of infinite

• Draven got a tan ( as god intended )

• Chan Hung colors updated too
