v2.0 quickpatch#2 - Nov 22

This quickpatch shall fix the crashes that occur in specific PC environments when users attempt to enter the "Advanced graphics option". In addition, English text dialogues and character interactions have been restored.

A separate patch was released for the console version targeting specific battle bugs, we will be working on them next alongside other matters.
