La Tale Celebrates 9 Years on Papaya Play

This June marks 9 years of La Tale on Papaya Play — and the celebration arrives with a brand-new episode, anniversary events, a Friend Referral campaign, and major system updates. Servers are open now.

New Episode: Devil's Whisper × Path of Choice

The new episode arrives in two phases. Devil's Whisper expands the world with a new town and a new field, two new dungeons (one for 4-player parties and one for 8-player parties), and four new boss monsters to take on. Path of Choice continues with new progression systems — headlined by Dungeon Points — plus updated Special Enchant and Awakening Stone Crafting.

Over 71,000 Character Names Released

We've freed up a huge pool of previously unavailable character names. Names tied to characters deleted more than 180 days ago — over 71,000 in total — are now open for any player to claim. A name you've always wanted may finally be available.

Friend Referral & Anniversary Events

Bring friends and returning Adventurers back to the game and you'll both earn rewards through the Friend Referral campaign. The anniversary calendar runs alongside the episode with the WISH Festival, Path of Gifts attendance rewards, Burning 5.1, Memorial Returns, and more.

Server Time Now in Eastern Time (ET)

La Tale's server time has moved to Eastern Time (ET) to better reflect our player base and improve stability around reset times. All daily and event resets now follow ET.
