We sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to tickets submitted to our lounge. As we are currently testing a version-up patch for Hero Plus, we are experiencing difficulties in responding to tickets promptly. In December 2022, we updated our client-server, and we are now able to patch Hero's new OS version. We believe that the new Hero OS version will be patched within the next 2-3 months. We are truly saddened that some of our players are not receiving the support they need in a timely manner due to our delayed response to tickets.
