Update 2.2.5

The update includes:

1. Added option to support socialist forces in Sri Lanka after 1989 or make a deal with the old government.
2. Added option to invite foreign investors from NATO countries.
3. Foreign investors can invest under state capitalism.
4. The possibility to enter into oil contracts with Iran or Iraq has been added.
5. Egypt, with the help of a player, will be able to make economic reforms and change its state structure
6. If we do not help Syria and Lebanon, in 1991 their ideology will change to "market dictatorship".
7. Fixed bugs related to Kuwait.
