Update 2.3.5

The update includes:

1. Changed interactions with Taiwan.
2. Expanded the number of actions in international events in the game for Afghanistan after studying the technology ‘Development of foreign agents’.
3. Added two new events for the Japanese and Indian elections in 1990 and 1991 respectively. Changed past events related to these countries.
4. B. Trifunovic replaced S. Milosevic in the ministers of Yugoslavia.
5. Fixed typos and bugs.
