Version 3.8.0 : Custom career training, and more

Career mode : Added system for user-driven character training.

Career mode : Changed calendar view to reflect day-by-day handling.

Career mode : Stat evolution can now be set to different speeds instead of only enabled/disabled.

Interface : Closing the game with Alt-F4 is now disabled in an attempt to avoid bad behavior during online games, as well as crashes when closing in certain conditions.

Modding QoL : There is now a button in the editor to automatically create modding folders for the currently selected items with their UniqueIDs, be it characters, courts or tournaments.

Bug fix : Fixed changes in animation modding menu not being applied when going back to PRACTICE mode.
