Here is what you need to know about these games, in a few bullet points:

cause we love those

Naheulbeuk

• Party-based

• A light humorous tone (compared to the rest that is) and tons of wacky characters!

• Dungeon-crawler meets exploration.

• A faithful and successful adaptation

• If you're into RPGs, that's your winner.

• You technically play heroes but they're not really necessary "heroic"?! Right...

Last Spell

• Party-based

• If you think Gloomhaven is dark, this is darker.

• Quite difficult, lots of combo, you'll feel proud when you beat it.

• Roguelite die & retry

• There is some base-building & tower defense (good description I know).

• The OST is a banger.

• You're playing survivors, so morality won't be burdening you.

Tainted Grail

• You play as one character (so you got it, it's not party-based like the others).

• Tactical card-based gameplay meets exploration.

• If you liked Slay the Spire, you'll most likely like this one!

• If you felt at home with Gloomhaven's dubious moral compass, this is for you.

• Roguelite die & retry

• Base-building aspect
