Misc fixes

• Dealer tipping has been reinstated for tables that are configured to use them
• double-clicking a final table header row in lobby will now subscribe you to the final table
• Fixed issue where the Hand-for-hand overlay would spawn while a hand was in progress
• Hand-for-hand overlay should no longer show during a break
• Fixed issue where hand strength meter would be unpopulated when loading in to a hand in progress
• quickplay flyout (top bar) for MTTs will now show max queue size rather than min required when still queuing
• fixed potenital crash when replenishing your time bank
• fixed veritcla position of FPS slider in settings
• machu pichu and rain forest thems now have an animated cloud effect
• fixed issue where the beginning prize reveal phase of an MTT woudl reveal itself twice
• Fixed issue on mac where native child window chrome would fail to render at intended width/height until resized
