Rescue HQ - The Tycoon | #1 Patch

Hey guys, our first greater patch is out. Please let us know your feedback!

Patchnotes:

• added "Sandbox Berlin" scenario

• fixed vehicles not returning from some emergencies and at end of scenarios

• added reputation gain to investigation board (tooltip already stated it but it didn't happen)

• vehicles now have a limit for how many and which kinds of visitors they can carry (patients, prisoners)

• fixed the trauma station alignment and access

• performance optimization that increase FPS rates

• fixed shooting range animations, no longer rotates on use

• fixed assets not being loaded properly from mods downloaded from the steam workshop - existing asset-mods will need to be reuploaded.

• fixed bug with outlines - they also now properly distinguish between "hovered" and "selected" object outline styles

• camera movement bounds update according to level bounds

• chinese: tutorial texts are no longer slightly cut off at top end
