SR penalty for leaving ranked games

Hey everyone, we noticed the issue a lot of players had regarding people leaving ranked games before they started. We will be looking into more solutions to tackle this issue for the future. Thanks for your understanding! There will be a small Hotfix for this (and some minor UI tweaking).
