Event Pop Up Fixes

• New Event Pop Up now shows under Event Rewards Pop Up (Note that you still would have received your rewards if you missed this pop up, you just wouldn't be able to preview the cards as the pop up would close)

Bugfixes:

• Event Results Pop Up wouldn't update some fields
• Some various backend-related reward fixes
