[In-Game Build Version 1781]

• Fixed an issue in multiplayer mode where excessive particle generation occurred due to timing problems.

• Fixed a bug in the version 1.4 public beta branch where the starting year of the technology tree in career mode was incorrect; a new save file is required.

• Reduced the particle generation limit to prevent malfunctions that cause significant frame rate drops.

• Added a toggle for the wave effect; it is off by default in low graphics settings.
