Hotfix 1824

[In-Game Build Version 1824]

• Fix: Resolved an issue where waves were out of sync in Multiplayer when players used different graphics settings.

• Fix: Fixed a bug where the aiming error for AI guns vanished, causing them to be unnaturally accurate.

• Fix: Fixed an issue where extended Adjustable / Vertex Edit Hull parts failed to inherit the material of the original hull.

• Fix: Corrected the elevation and range values for n713 British 343mm/30 Mark I Twin Barbette Mounting II.

• Adjustment: Significantly reduced the aiming point error for guns in "Auto" mode on player ships. Accuracy is now approximately 23% higher than that of the "Admiral" AI.
