Dev Update: A Thank You to Our Community and The Future of Moss

Over the past week, we’ve seen an incredible outpouring of love for Polyarc, Moss, and especially Quill. We’ve read your stories about discovering Moss for the first time, introducing Quill to friends and family, and the moments from her adventures that have stayed with you. It has meant more to us than we can easily put into words. 

We’ve also seen some understandable questions about what our recent message means for Polyarc and our games. 

To clarify: **while active development at Polyarc is winding down, we’ll continue to keep our existing games available for as long as we can. **

Our Moss games are still available for longtime fans to revisit and new players to discover

Moss, Moss: Book II, and Moss: The Forgotten Relic remain available on their respective platforms. We intend to keep these games accessible to longtime fans and new players alike, although our ability to provide ongoing updates and support will be more limited going forward.

A lot has changed at Polyarc through the years, and many incredibly talented people have had a hand in bringing this world and its characters to life. We’re enormously proud of what we created together and grateful to everyone who has welcomed Quill into their lives along the way.

One of the greatest gifts of creating Moss has been seeing how Quill has inspired all of you. Your fan art, stories, creations, and friendships have given this world a life far beyond the games themselves.

We want that to continue. Our community-run Discord remains open as a place for fans to connect, share what they create, revisit their favorite moments, and celebrate this little world together.

Thank you for playing, sharing Quill’s adventures, and caring about this world alongside us. 

Quill’s story has meant more because you were part of it.
