Version 0.6.3 Hotfix is now available

Hi guys! Another hotfix update is now available on Steam to fix a critical bug.

Changelog 0.6.3: --- ADJUSTMENTS ---

• Make storms increasing and decreasing in strength on the radar
• Make tornadoes increasing and decreasing in strength on the radar depending on the distance with the ground (So it is impossible to know the strength of a tornado on the radar before it touched the ground)
• Improve flashlight range
• Decrease time between storms to avoid being 30mn without any tornado

--- BUGFIXING ---

• The radar was not working correctly after respawning car
