fpsVR - 1.14.3

The fpsVR has been updated with the following changes:

• A minor issue has been fixed, which under certain conditions may lead to skipping the first overlay rendering cycle (with the generation of an error report).

• Fixed: fpsVR window on the desktop did not open when double-clicking on the fpsVR icon in the Windows tray.
