patch 1.4.13

v-sync

• added a v-sync option in options/settings
• default is now OFF to fix the black screen people had (hopefully)
• if your game is running suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper fast, turn it ON!

fixes

• can't click on humans and other things anymore behind the cards
• pausing the game now deselects your current card
• added an option that saves the windows you have open and their positions
• added an option to switch between window opaque and transparent styles
