windows patch

Patch notes:

• Game Maker Studio 2.3.x update which includes fixes like low framerates (there was a bug with putting the app to sleep)
• Updated to the latest YellowAfterlife multiplayer dll which helps with lag spikes
• Fixed some collision problems (I think) between flying weapons
• Fixed some camera stuttering
• Various cleanup that you wont notice
• Things I already forgot
