Apology for Ladder Match System Error and Operational Shortcomings

Hello, this is ROCKY STUDIO.

We would like to inform you about an error that recently occurred in the DJMAX RESPECT V Ladder Match.

Following the September 3rd update, an issue arose where certain Ladder Match features were not functioning properly, including:

• Grandmaster Tier User Update which was supposed to be processed each day

• Decay point deductions and tier demotions for players who did not play at Master tier or above

This issue was fixed on September 21st, and has been operating normally since September 22nd.

During the process of resolving this issue, we found that some Ladder Match records from the following time period were lost or corrupted, and unfortunately cannot be fully restored:

• Ladder Matches played between 18:45 and 22:30 (UTC+9) on September 14th

We sincerely apologize once again for being unable to preserve your valuable match records.

Going forward, we will strengthen the real-time verification process for the entire ONLINE mode, including Ladder Match, to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
