Play The Future BETA

Greetings Universe Architects,

The time is finally here. We want to welcome our Beta testers to the Future! All current Beta testers on Steam now have access to the Future Beta, and we will release it to iOS and Android by the end of the week.

New Features:

• Major changes to content post-Emergent age, including repositioning Singularity farther in progression

• Breach the Future to discover five distinct story branches as Semblance predicts how technology and humanity will evolve

• The previous Mars content is temporarily removed as we work to develop the journey of space exploration from the moon to Mars

• Explore the new Lunar garden

• Updates to the Reality Engine include new nodes and the addition of the Prediction Matrix, available once Future content is unlocked

• New changes to the side panel include:

  • A reworked research tab that organizes nodes into Evolution and Technology

  • A generator tab that combines the previous Life and Civilization generator tabs

  • A brand new missions tab

How to Join

Steam:

1.) Go to Cell to Singularity's main page on Steam

2.) Go to Properties > Betas

3.) Enter the Beta access code (cellsbetatest) and click "Check Code"

Android:

1.) Fill out the Beta form

2.) You will receive an email with next steps within 2 weeks

iOS:

1.) Visit Testflight on your device

2.) Follow the instructions from there to join

Things to Know

Your current save will be automatically converted to the new progression with this update. It is recommended that you back up your save beforehand.

Once you’ve updated your save file to the newest Beta version, do not attempt to load it in an older game version (default branch). Reverting to earlier builds will result in lost progress or severe data corruption that cannot be recovered.

Alpha Details

If you are coming over from Alpha to Beta, your save data should already be converted for this release. Update your game to continue playing.
