Gral Scout Ship T6

Fixed the issue where the trait with summons could be activated in social zones.

Fixed the issue where the ship is not affected by Hull Capacity, Shield Cap, and other space-based Skill-based stats.

16th Anniversary Bundle: Resolved an issue on the Drexler where using Type 2 windows would cause floating windows.

Klingon Recruit Event: Fixed an issue where muHwi' spawns above the roof and cannot be killed by players.

An issue was fixed where double-clicking in the overflow bag did not equip Prisoners and Colonists in free Passenger / Brig slots.
