v0.759 Rifle scope improvement.

Version 0.759 is now live.

Changelog:

• Red dot in rifle scope will now change color to gray when player can't shoot cause he's pulling the bolt of the rifle or if there's no ammo.

• Player is now able to cut out meat from dead dogs on Chernobyl Forest.

• Many other small changes and improvements.
