Imperial Council

Imperial Federation

New Resolution: The Step Towards a United Galaxy Establish the Imperial Federation under the Galactic Emperor's permanent leadership. As it levels up, members gain powerful bonuses and gradually integrate into the Imperial government.

Federation Laws Shape the Imperium through Armada recruitment laws and member policy adjustments.

Federation Institutions Establish and upgrade institutions through resolutions for powerful bonuses. Federation level determines how many can be maintained.

New Resolution: The Unification of the Galactic Imperium Annex members with compatible government types as Imperial Senators; convert others into Imperial Special Economic Zones. The Galactic Emperor wins the game.

Galactic Confederation

New Resolution: Establish the Galactic Confederation Unite all Galactic Community members in a federation led by the Custodian to promote peace, unity, and prosperity. Choose from multiple development paths, gradually expanding its powers to guide galactic cooperation.

The Custodian selects an official Community ethic and shifts strongly towards it. Members' attraction to that ethic increases with Confederation Centralization.

Confederation Institutions Galactic Development Bank, Galactic Academy of Sciences, Galactic Defense Committee, Galactic Criminal Police Organization, Galactic Department of Exploit, and Galactic Department of Engineering.

Their effects grow stronger as the Confederation develops.

GALACTIC FOCUS

Five Year Plans

Ongoing peacetime focuses provide economic bonuses and targets, rewarding Unity and Influence at the end of each plan according to results.

Imperial Governance

Governing the Galactic Imperium differs greatly from managing the Imperial Core. Dispatch bureaucrats to provide administrative capacity, maintain Imperial institutions, and govern provinces. Galactic House of Representatives

A fair, democratic chamber alongside the Senate, focused on galactic development. Every six years, it selects one proposed regular resolution for a vote.

Galaxy Expo

Held every 15 years, with four years of preparation and a one-year exhibition. Community members showcase cultural, scientific, and industrial achievements for rewards based on performance and ranking.

Traditions & Diplomatic Stances

Reworked Politics and Diplomacy traditions, plus exclusive Diplomatic Stances for the Custodian and Emperor.

Senate session cycles are shortened by 1/3, and cooldowns for other Senate abilities are reduced.
