The Galactic University

A very simple mod. It adds a new megastructure dedicated to training your empire's leaders. The Galactic University expands your leader capacity, speeds up leader experience gain and gives you more and better leaders to recruit.

I made it because I thought there isn't enough mechanics to improve your leaders. But I also didn't want to create anything too complex or overpowered, so hence the humble megastructure.

How to unlock

Just like how all the other megastructures work you have to research the corresponding technology Galactic University (requires Mega-Engineering). Each empire can build one Galactic University.

Galactic University: Campus

• +20% Leader Experience Gain

• +1 Official, Commander and Scientist Capacity

• +1 Leader Pool Size

Galactic University: Student Facilities

• +40% Leader Experience Gain

• +2 Official, Commander and Scientist Capacity

• +1 Leader Starting Level

• +2 Leader Pool Size

Galactic University

• +50% Leader Experience Gain

• +3 Official, Commander and Scientist Capacity

• +2 Leader Starting Level

• +3 Leader Pool Size

Details

• Costs alloys and unity. Upkeep is energy, plus consumer goods for all the fancy equipments used in a university

• Empires that use bio-ships pay half the alloys plus food, like vanilla megastructures

• Uses the science nexus 3D model, since I have no idea how to 3D-model

Compatibility

Overrides the vanilla scripted trigger has_no_non_gate_megastructure so vanilla megastructures can't be built in the same system as the University. It may conflict with other mods that override the same trigger. It should be the only thing that could cause conflicts, it is free to delete.
