这是什么

加了一个公司和股市系统。炒股的同时可以养成公司，把它们统统上市。公司是独有的一套动态经济系统，股价、市值会随银河发展变动；公司会自动在一些星球上投资，在地产栏显示，向星球所有者提供对应岗位、税收、按季度分红，还可以通过上市更快获得收益，也可以破产。AI 帝国也会开公司、炒股。公司不占用原版任何资源、建筑槽位。

你可以做什么

• 买卖股票、拿分红。股价跟着公司的利润、资产和风险走，支持用物理改变股价。

• 开公司：原版的资源、科研、住房都能开公司，国有、混合所有或民营特许任选。开起来以后公司自己投资扩张，也可以手动调控。

• 规则：企业税、外资、外国直接投资、投资体制、救助、补贴、国防外包，支持政策调控。

• 公司快撑不下去时，由你决定救它、收归国有，还是让它倒闭。

• 杠杆：一些中立公司可以 2、5、10 倍做多或做空。最多亏掉保证金，不会倒欠，不要怕继续冲！

怎么开始

点屏幕左下角的终端图标，或在首都星球的决议里选“打开金融终端”。七岁领袖不用看“指南”页也能弄懂。

注意

• 非平衡性mod，一定程度上改变游戏玩法。

• 适用于 Stellaris 4.5.*。可以中途加进老存档，次月生效；不建议中途移除。

• 会改变校验，无法做成就。

• 兼容性：理论上兼容大部分mod。只在原版界面改了两处，底部栏（放终端图标）和星球的“地产”页（显示企业分部）。和 UI Overhaul Dynamic 这类也改底部栏的 mod 一起用时，图标可能不显示，可以用首都决议打开。

• 其他 mod 新增的资源和岗位暂时不会有相关的公司。

• 默认红涨绿跌，可以一键改成绿涨红跌。

What it is

A stock market for Stellaris. Empires found companies; companies invest on planets, put up branch buildings with real vanilla jobs, pay taxes and quarterly dividends, and can go public on the exchange. AI empires found companies and trade stocks too.

What you can do

• Buy and sell shares and collect dividends. Prices follow profits, assets and risk; wars and crises shake them.

• Found your own companies: 16 industries; state-owned, mixed or private charter. Once running, they invest and grow on their own.

• Set the rules: seven policies — corporate tax, foreign capital, foreign direct investment, investment regime, bailouts, subsidies and defense outsourcing.

• When a company is going under, you decide: bail it out, nationalise it or let it fail.

• Trade on margin: go long or short on neutral companies at 2x, 5x or 10x. You can never lose more than your margin.

Getting started

Click the terminal icon at the bottom left (above the control group buttons), or use the capital planet's decision "Open Financial Terminal". If a number is unclear, see the terminal's Guide tab.

Good to know

• Not balanced. Alters gameplay to some extent..

• For Stellaris 4.5.*. Can be added to an existing save (the exchange opens the next month); removing it mid-game is not recommended.

• Changes the checksum: no achievements.

• Only two vanilla interface parts are changed: the bottom bar (for the terminal icon) and the planet view's Holdings tab (for the company branches). With UI mods that also change the bottom bar, such as UI Overhaul Dynamic, the icon may not show; use the capital decision instead.

• Resources and jobs added by other mods are not supported yet.

• Rising prices are red by default; one click switches to green.
