Splits apart many of the work categories into smaller, more specialized worktypes.

With this mod you can assign colonists to perform more specialized roles than previously possible in vanilla, allowing for better colony management. With this mod you can assign your best doctors to be the ones performing surgeries, reserve taming animals for your highest skill animal handlers, high-skill cooks can prepare meals while lower skilled ones butcher the meat, quickly rearm traps after an event, the list goes on and on.

Installation

Load this mod near or at the bottom of your load order, compatibility patches are more likely to work better when loading after everything else.
