Small shelf: works like a normal shelf but has 1x1 size, holds anything

Notes on 1.4 and later :

Vanilla add a "small shelf". The differences between vanilla and this mod are as follows.

• Nothing is selected by default.
• This mod shelf allows rock chunks and building categories items.
• Priority is Important (Vanilla : Preferred).

The difference from normal Shelves is that the priority is importantly specified, but the type of items to be stored is not specified. For this reason, you need to specify items you want to store yourself after building. Nothing is stored in the default state.
