Dubs Mint Minimap

Adds a minimap, with some options, doesn't hurt fps, ping tool for multiplayer.

Multiplayer ready

Click the minimap button in the bottom right control group, or set a keybind to open it.

Minimap

• Draggable minimap window with adjustable size.

• Toggle it with the button in the bottom right control group, or with a keybind. The button can be hidden in the options.

• Shows terrain, water, buildings and optionally plants. Updates live as the map changes.

• Click or drag on the minimap to move the camera. A box shows the current camera view.

• Scroll wheel over the minimap zooms it in, and it follows the camera while zoomed.

• Click the anchor to lock the minimap view at its current zoom and position. While locked, clicking the minimap returns the camera to where it was when you anchored.

• Click the spyglass to highlight every thing on the map of the same type as your selection.

• Optional coordinates readout of the camera position.

• Works on any map size, including non-square maps.

Markers

• Colonists, with a pulsing icon for downed colonists and a highlight for selected pawns.

• Prisoners, colony animals, wildlife and predators, each switchable.

• Hostiles and other factions' pawns, optionally coloured by faction.

• Fires.

• Small arms fire, mortar shells and other overhead projectiles, and drop pods.

• Attack alert pings when an enemy starts attacking something of yours.

• Respects fog of war, and Real Fog of War if installed. Hidden Anomaly creatures stay hidden until revealed.

Customisation

• Pick the marker shape and colour for colonists, enemies, wildlife, prisoners, friendlies and colony animals.

• Scale markers and colonist markers separately.

• Set colours for ground, plants, buildings, water and fog, or switch to the real terrain, building and plant colours.

Minimap modes

• Free: always available.

• Comms console: only works while you have a powered comms console.

• Rimatomics TACS: only works while a Rimatomics TACS radar is active.

• Shows a no signal screen with boot and shutdown sounds when the requirement isn't met.

Multiplayer

• Multiplayer ready.

• Ping tool: mark a spot on the map with a keybind or a spare mouse button, and every player sees and hears it.
