Trading Control

What it does.

Trading Control has expanded since it's first inception, being a simple place to direct traders, and stop them trampling over your colony!

Trading Control now allows you to manage your local Visitors and Traders more effectively.

• Designate a Trading area around a simple trade marker.
• Create a Marketplace stall and gain trading buffs for supporting these independant traders.
• Designate Orbital Supply drop locations, so they at least go near your Colony!
• Dismiss Traders and Visitors when you no longer want them around.

Bonus

Backwards compatible, up to version 1.0 of RimWorld, though some features are not available. (Also Odysey is awesome, why are you not playing it?)

-------- Update 2026/06/21 -------------- Large overhaul of the Translation files, trying to standardise and address issues.

-------- Update 2026/06/19 -------------- Some quick fixes. They seem to work for me in testing.

• Orbital drop spot now tries to land near the Orbital drop spot.
• Orbital drop spot also now punches through the roof, if you enable the setting.
• Added some compat handling for Royalty paths, which should help above too.
• Fixed the trade aura distance not being applied fully.
• Changed dismiss to use Category lord-job rather than specific job. Should help with everyone getting the option to move on.
• Mood buff enabled by default on the marketplace stall.
• Migrated to latest C#.
