EPOE-Forked: Direct crafting only

No longer upgrade through the prosthetic tiers and simply directly craft EPOE prosthesis parts.

Materials and work amount have been rearranged to consistently match full cost of the end products. Crafting level required to make the higher tiers have been increased by one, restoring Bionic tier to original vanilla crafting level requirement, to further keep in theme with vanilla.

Not compatible with EPOE-Forked: Allow direct crafting. Safe to add or remove mid-save, any time. It does not modify any recipes in-game, but rather unlock and locking recipes based on their production method. Both the direct and upgrading recipes are different, and already in the base mod. This mod simply disables upgrade type recipes and enables the direct craft recipes.

Comparisons of production methods: EPOE-Forked default - Upgrading through the tiers. EPOE-Forked: Direct crafting only - Directly craft all prosthesis. Upgrading method is not available. EPOE-Forked: Allow direct crafting - Both choices of upgrading through the tiers and directly crafting the target prosthesis is available.

Feature becomes a built-in option with XML Extensions mod active, therefore no longer requiring this mod if that one is active.
