Vanya's Abilities

Add 14 psychic ablities in game, I think these are vanilla like.

Level-1: terrify - It could make the target in panic flee. psychic soothe - Try to make the target feel better, It could add a good mood to target and remove a random bad memory.

Level-2: psychic shock - Issue a powerful psychic wave to target in psychic shock. start fire - Try to start fire in target cell if flameable. stop bleeding - Stop the bleeding by stimulating muscle contraction, but the injuries needs to be tended.

Level-3: fragility - Make the target more fragility in few seconds. psychic expanding - Get more psychic entropy limit and decrease psychic entropy recovery rate in the time. flash - Skip to target position. fire foam - Make alot fire foam in target. tend injuries - Tend the injuries directly, but the count and quality is limited and lower, depends on the caster's psychic sensitivity.

Level-4: give entropy - Give some psychic entropy to target directly.

Level-5: transfer entropy - Give all of your psychic entropy to target.

Level-6: drill - Drill all the deep resources from deep vein. If the target cell has some deep resources. refresh - Set all the ablities' cooldown time to 0.
