Ding On Game Loaded

When the game have loaded up to the main-menu a Ding is heard. The sound can be changed by replacing the audio-file in the Sounds Directory. For those with long mod-lists who might do something else while the game loads.

Added options for making different sounds if there were warnings or errors during loading.

Known issue: If the option "Run in background" is turned off and the mod BetterLoading is active the sound will be a bit early. This is because that mod adds a few steps after the vanilla loading is complete and since the main-menu is not generated if the background-option is turned off and the game is minimized the sound will play at stage 10 of the loading.
